There is an old saying in life, "Sound Mind in a Sound Body."  I'm a firm believer in Exercise and healthy eating.   You don't have to eat health 100% of the time. If you eat healthy 80% of the time and then exercise it can make all the difference in the world, in terms of a sense of confidence and well being. Exercise can literally help you to look, act and feel ten years younger, lose weight, burn off stress, excessive calories, and it can help someone deal with depression.  They have found that exercise works as good or almost as good as anti-depressants.   


Join a gym if you like, or buy a couple of light weights. But start off with a very mild routine until you get the hang of it.


Then, SLOWLY begin to make changes.  Begin a very moderate exercise routine, and then gradually start to phase in the healthier foods. 

This is where the hypnosis really helps, because it focuses your mind on the changes you want to make. Losing weight, quitting smoking, and just getting up and stretching if you have a sedentary job is the best life insurance policy money can buy.

The hypnosis will help you eat with common sense and moderation, eat when you are hungry and stop when you are full, and to adopt a moderate exercise program.

Now, if you are physically unable to exercise, we can still help you eat healthy and smaller portions.
